Public Hearing - Case #24-07-015 Ethan Underwood for DJD Southeast Real Estate Holdings, LLC (BOC Dist. 4).

Conduct a public hearing and consider request to rezone General Commercial (GC) to Light Industrial (LI) to allow for a construction machinery and equipment merchant. Applicant is also seeking a concurrent variance to reduce the minimum number of required parking from 70 spaces to 31 spaces; a concurrent variance to eliminate the requirement for berms, fencing, and a sidewalk along James Dupree Lane; a concurrent variance to eliminate the required deceleration lane on Little Ridge Road; and a concurrent variance to eliminate curb and gutter along James Dupree Lane and Little Ridge Road. Planning Commission recommended denial of the request. BOC is holding an additional public hearing for the request.

Public Hearing - Appeal - ZBA Case #24-09-050V Rachel Machamer (BOC Dist. 1).

Conduct a public hearing to consider a request to appeal a September 12, 2024 decision by the Zoning Board of Appeals to approve a variance request from Article 7, Section 7.7-24, B, Animal Production to reduce the setback for a proposed covered horse arena from 75' to 21'.

Public Hearing - Appeal - ZBA Case #24-09-047V Ilde Robles (BOC Dist. 4).

Conduct a public hearing to consider a request to appeal a September 12, 2024 decision by the Zoning Board of Appeals to deny a variance request from Article 8, Section 8.3.6, to eliminate the required 30' buffer when adjacent to GC properties.

Public Hearing - Parks Huff for SM Partner LLC - Exceptional Variance.

Conduct a public hearing and consider a request for an Exceptional Variance by Parks Huff for SM Partner LLC to allow for a convenience store with gas pumps in the Bells Ferry Community Design District.

Consider request from Fire & Emergency Services to enter into an agreement with Bound Tree Medical, LLC to purchase pharmaceuticals on an as needed basis for a five (5) year term.

Consider request from Fire & Emergency Services to purchase three (3) Paratech Multiforce Bag Lifting Kits from Team Equipment, Inc. in the total amount of $39,346.00.

Consider request from Fire & Emergency Services to purchase one (1) Stryker Stretcher from Stryker Sales, LLC in the amount of $26,706.61.

Consider request to renew lease agreement for property located at 154 North Street in the amount of $3,250.00 per month to be used for the Courts System and authorize County Manager to execute lease agreement on behalf of Cherokee County.

Consider request from General Services Agency to finalize a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) agreement with Hogan Construction Group, LLC, for 94 North Street Repairs and Renovations (the former Arts Center) in the amount of $472,524.80 for Construction Manager At Risk fees and approving a Guaranteed Maximum Price allowance Not-To-Exceed $5,700,000.00.
